RETURN POLICY

• Returns are possible up to 14 days upon receiving your order.
• Returns fees are at the Customer’s charge.
• Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
• Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.
• Authenticity certificates must be returned with the returned items.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for Lørd products not purchased from www.lord-clothing.com (Purchases from third-party retailers, Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.)

EXCHANGES

www.lord-clothing.com not offer exchanges. In order to exchange an item, you must return the merchandise to get refunded (if applicable) and place a new order for the preferred item(s).

SALES EXCEPTIONS

All items sold during sales period are final and will not be returned or exchanged.
